The "check/repair" step will just allow Galaxy to verify that your files are already in line with the new version and it'll settle to leave everything as is, just checking another box under "currently installed version" -)Īlternatively, you can also prevent Galaxy from trying to upgrade the game at all, but you might not get some new stuff along the road, like e.g. Otherwise Galaxy will try to upgrade your game, realize it's not installed as it's supposed to (since you upgraded earlier from within the game), then complain and fail to "upgrade" and, quite possibly, not even allow you to launch it.
